30-Day Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial from the date your order is delivered.

During this period, you may try the automatic cat litter box in your home. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

For returns due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

The product is returned with all main components, accessories, manuals, and original packaging if available.

The product is not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, negligence, or unauthorized modification.

The product is cleaned thoroughly before being returned.

Because this is a pet hygiene product, we kindly ask customers to clean the litter box carefully before shipping it back. Returns that are unsanitary, incomplete, severely damaged, or sent without approval may not be accepted.

Returns Due to Product Quality Issues

If your product has a confirmed quality issue, defect, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@petpvot.com.

For approved returns caused by confirmed product quality problems, we will cover the return shipping cost.

To help us review your case, we may ask you to provide photos, videos, your order number, the email address used for purchase, and a clear description of the issue. Our support team will review the information and provide the most suitable solution.

Returns Due to Personal Reasons

You may request a return within the 30-day trial period for personal reasons, including but not limited to:

Your cat does not adapt to the product.

You changed your mind.

The product does not fit your home space.

You no longer need the product.

In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees and other service fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a confirmed product quality issue.
