Shipping Address

Once an order is delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, responsibility for the product passes to the customer.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day free trial from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
For returns due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
For approved returns caused by confirmed product quality issues, defects, or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For automatic cat litter boxes and other pet-related products, customers should supervise their pets during the initial use period and ensure that the product is suitable for their pet’s size, age, health condition, and behavior.
We are not responsible for damage, injury, malfunction, loss, or other issues caused by misuse, improper installation, improper cleaning, unauthorized modification, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the intended purpose.
Pet Adaptation
Each pet may react differently to a new product. We do not guarantee that every cat or pet will immediately adapt to or accept the product.
If your pet does not adapt to the product, your return request will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Except as expressly stated in our published policies or required by applicable law, products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
